Lianne
Macdonald
Lawyer & Co-Founder
Lianne MacDonald has been a cornerstone of Beacon Law since its founding, bringing over 30 years of experience and a reputation for warm, practical legal counsel — particularly for seniors and their families.
Lianne’s practice centres on will planning and probate, with a special focus on helping executors navigate the responsibilities of administering a loved one’s estate with confidence and care. She also draws on deep experience in real estate and business law, and takes pride in continuing to serve clients she has known for decades — and now their children too.
Before joining Beacon Law, Lianne served as legal counsel across several BC Ministries, where she developed a precise, research-driven approach to complex legal issues. That same rigour, combined with her genuine warmth, is what keeps clients coming back.
