Del Elgersma has been helping people on the Saanich Peninsula navigate life’s biggest legal moments since founding Beacon Law in 2000. With a practice focused on estate planning, business law, and real estate, Del brings over 30 years of experience — and a genuine commitment to making the law accessible to everyone he works with.

One of the first lawyers in BC to write wills in plain language, Del has a gift for cutting through complexity. Whether he’s helping an entrepreneur get a business off the ground, guiding a family through an estate freeze, or ensuring a home purchase goes smoothly, clients leave knowing exactly where they stand.

Del is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics. Outside the office, he’s a competitive swimmer, an avid traveller, and a dedicated family man with deep roots in North Saanich.
