Del Elgersma, B.A., J.D.

Del Elgersma is a founding partner of Beacon Law Centre. Since 1992 he has provided trusted advice to clients in the areas of business law, real estate and estate planning. Before moving to Vancouver Island in 1996, Del articled for a large downtown Vancouver law firm and then practiced with one of the leading real estate conveyancing law firms in Canada. Del is a past chair of the Victoria Wills & Trusts Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and a past-President of the Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. Del works primarily out of Beacon Law’s Victoria and Sidney offices. He and his family live in North Saanich.
